Welcome to Surf City Charters! I am Capt. Daniel Batts and I am proud to offer you an incredible experience while you're in town.

​

I am a licensed captain approved by the United States Coast Gaurd offering nearshore and offshore deep sea fishing charters in and around Surf City, N.C. I operate a 27-foot Onslow Bay with room for 5 guests and TWO 19-foot inshore Skiffs with room for four guests. 

 

I can offer guests access to some of the best fishing holes in the area and my charter packages include everything you’ll need to have a great time on the water.

Depending on the season, guests can expect to come target Red Drum, Black Drum, Trout, and Flounder in the waters!

Deep Sea Fishing

Join me off the North Carolina coast for some of the best fishing holes around Surf City. I grew up fishing these waters and together we can target Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi, Cobia, King Mackerel, Sail Fish, and all kinds of bottom creatures.

In-Shore Fishing

Our in-shore trips include some of the best fishing around. We'll be targeting Red Drum, Black Drum, Trout, and Flounder.
